At Karthikeyan Textiles, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every product reaches you in fresh and premium condition.

We follow a strict exchange-only policy.

Refunds are not offered and will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Why We Follow an Exchange-Only Policy

Our products are carefully packed to maintain a fresh and premium presentation. Once the original packaging is opened, the product may lose its original factory-fresh appearance. Even after careful re-ironing and repacking, it may not retain the same fresh look as a brand-new piece.

To maintain quality standards and ensure every customer receives a fresh product, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Product Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The product must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, or alterations.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos for verification.

After review and approval, we will arrange a suitable exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Customers are requested to ship the product only via DTDC or ST Courier.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchange Process

The exchange product will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original product.

Exchange is subject to stock availability and quality check approval.

If the requested product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
